Oceano Apple Chocolate Cheese Pie
Use a recipe for making the crust. You will need a top and bottom crust.
Heat over 350 degrees
8 Pippin Apples and 1 Gala Apple – Core and Peeled, cut into 1 inch cubes.
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
½ Cup Cocoa
¾ Cup Splenda (do not substitute)
8oz Soft Brie Cheese
Make Ready one pie dish with bottom crust. Ready and reserve one top crust.
In Large Bowl, add all apples cored and peeled, cut into 1
inch cubes. Add cinnamon, cocoa, Splenda and mix ingredients together coating the apple pieces thoroughly. Gently place ½ all Apples into the pie dish with bottom crust.
Cut and spoon dollops of cheese on top of the apples. Gently place the second half of all Apples into the pie dish. Top the Apples with top crust.
Scallop the edges of the two pie crusts together to form the pie edges.
Make two small cuts on the top of the pie crust.
Place entire pie into hot oven.
Bake 50 minutes in the center of the oven until golden brown.
