CHEESE CAKE
Crust
1/2 C butter
20 crushed graham crackers
1/2 C sugar
1/4 C chopped pecans
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs or use 1 ½ cup prepared graham
cracker crumbs
Melt butter until soft,
Add 1/2 C sugar
Mix in graham cracker crumbs, pecans & cinnamon
Spoon into piecrust and press up sides to form a crust
Set aside
2 Large cream cheese
4 eggs
1/2 C Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond
extract
Beat 2 large cream cheese with 4 eggs, beating in one egg
at a time until smooth,
add remaining ingredients, beat until smooth
Pour Spoon into piecrust
Bake @ 350 for 25 min, cool 15 min.
1-pint sour cream
1/2 c sugar
2 t vanilla,
Carefully spoon on top of pie
and bake 350 for 5 min.
Chill before serving
