1 - baked 8" or 9" bottom piecrust

2 - small boxes  instant chocolate pudding

1 1/3 cups of milk

1 - large container of Cool Whip, preferably chocolate

1 - box semi-sweet baking chocolate squares ( 6 squares in box)


Prepare pudding with instructions on box for pie filling,

Melt 2 squares of chocolate in microwave, approximately 1 minute

Stir melted chocolate into pudding. Mix well.

Fold in 1/2 of the container of cool whip.

Mix well and pour into baked pie shell

Top mixture with remaining cool whip, spreading evenly over top of pie

Sprinkle grated semi sweet chocolate on top.

Place in freezer for 1 or 2 hours. 

Ready to serve!!   Easy To Enjoy!!
