Peggy’s Pumpkin Pie

1 unbaked pie shell ˝ tsp. salt

1 (number 2) can of pumpkin ˝ tsp. ginger

1 large can evaporated milk 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

3 eggs, slightly beaten ˝ tsp. nutmeg

˝ C. sugar ˝ tsp. allspice

˝ C. brown sugar

Mix listed ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 45 more minutes.
