Peggy’s Pumpkin Pie

 

1 unbaked pie shell

1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin

1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

1/2 Tbsp. Cardamom

1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

1/2 tsp. ginger

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1/2 C. sugar

1/4 C. brown sugar

Mix listed ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 45 more minutes.
