Peggy’s Pumpkin Pie

(15 oz) can of pumpkin

(12 oz.) can evaporated milk

Tbsp. Cinnamon
1/2
Tbsp. Cardamom
1/2
tsp. Nutmeg
1/2
tsp. ginger

eggs, slightly beaten
1/2
C. sugar
1/4
C. brown sugar
Mix
listed ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake
at 425° for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 45 more
minutes.
