Buttermilk Custard Pie

 

 

 

 

 

1 (9 inch) unbaked piecrust

2 Cups sugar

1 Tbsp. flour

2/3 Cups buttermilk

1 stick butter

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 Tbsp.  Cinnamon

1/2 Tbsp. Cardamom

4 eggs

 

Mix all ingredients and pour into the unbaked piecrust.  Bake 45-50 minutes @ 350 degree oven.
